Daniele Venturi
Daniele Venturi is a Professor at the Computer Science Department of Sapienza University of Rome. His research interests are in theoretical and applied cryptography. He published over 80 papers, the majority of which appears at top-tier conferences and journals in cryptography and cybersecurity. He received the Best Paper Award at Eurocrypt 2011 for his work on efficient authentication from hard learning problems.
Daniele has been a Program Committee member for the most prestigious international conferences in theoretical and applied cryptography, including Eurocrypt, Crypto and CCS. He is also a Senior Editorial Board Member of the journal IEEE Transactions on Information Forencsics and Security, which is ranked among the top 3 journals in computer security and cryptography.
Daniele Friolo
Daniele Friolo received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science, Sapienza University of Rome. He worked as a Research Fellow at the Department of Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics (DIEM), University of Salerno, during his Ph.D. degree. Then, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Computer Science, Sapienza University of Rome. He is currently an Assistant Professor (RTD-A) at the Department of Computer Science, Sapienza University of Rome. His research interests include theoretical and applied cryptography, in particular public-key cryptography, zero-knowledge, multi-party computation, advanced encryption schemes, and blockchain applications.
Vincenzo Botta
Vincenzo Botta received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome, and later obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the Department of Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Applied Mathematics at the University of Salerno. During his Ph.D., he worked as a Research Fellow at the same department (DIEM) at the University of Salerno. Following this, he held a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics (MIMUW) at the University of Warsaw. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome. His research focuses on both theoretical and applied cryptography, with specific interests in zero-knowledge protocols, multi-party computation, and blockchain technologies.
